Anna Andrade is a psychotherapist with a passion for helping people to live life to their fullest
potential.

Ms. Andrade’s area of expertise is in working with women and adolescents struggling with
anxiety, depression, stress, and everyday life challenges.
With sensitivity and compassion, she works with clients to find solutions to a wide range of life
challenges. Blending evidence based treatment with conventional and alternative approaches, she
draws on a variety of styles and techniques to incorporate what will be most helpful for each
client.
