Do you think you need therapy?

For many of us, it is the first big step we take into getting help for everyday issues. We often think we can handle things ourselves.

My thought is that we could all benefit from talking to someone at sometime or another. Some life coaching, someone to actively listen, someone to help us in times of unknowns.  Change is difficult and we sometimes just want to share the thought.  The change may lead to overall greater functioning in our everyday life.
